OUR MISSION

Greve is a movement-driven platform that creates and sells merchandise to fund progressive campaigns, strikes, mutual aid, and social justice causes. We are committed to:

  • Supporting progressive candidates and causes

  • Ethical production through union labor

  • Transparent profit-sharing with movements

  • Building solidarity through wearable activism

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on Greve. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Order Process

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • We will send order confirmations via email

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of order

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and taxes

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

  • You must provide accurate shipping information

  • International shipping may be subject to customs fees and duties

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition

  • Custom or personalized items may not be returnable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Content

All content on our platform, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Greve or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Artist Collaborations

We work with artists and designers who retain rights to their original works while granting us license to use their designs for our products and movement support.

By submitting content to our platform (reviews, comments, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our services.

PROFIT SHARING AND MOVEMENT SUPPORT

A significant portion of our profits is donated to progressive campaigns, strikes, mutual aid, and social justice organizations. While we strive for transparency in our giving:

  • Specific allocation percentages may vary based on current movement needs

  • We reserve the right to determine which causes and campaigns to support

  • We will provide regular updates on our impact and contributions

  • Donations are made at our discretion and do not create any obligation to specific outcomes

DISCLAIMERS

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement of third-party rights

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Accuracy or completeness of content

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our services.

INDEMNIFICATION
