SHIPPING POLICY
72-HOUR DEPLOYMENT
All orders ship within 72 hours. The revolution doesn't wait, and neither do we. Your gear gets to the streets fast.
Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Ship within 72 hours (3 business days) of order confirmation

  • Custom/Print-on-Demand: May require up to 5-7 business days for union production

  • Pre-Orders: Ship on or before the specified release date

  • Bulk Orders (10+ items): May require additional processing time

Shipping Methods
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
Our standard shipping method. Reliable, trackable, and supports the postal service.
USPS Priority Express (1-2 business days)
For urgent movement needs. Available for an additional fee.
UPS Ground (3-5 business days)
Alternative carrier option for certain regions.
Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination

  • Free shipping on orders over $75 (domestic US only)

  • International shipping available to select countries

  • Expedited shipping options available for urgent orders

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Ships to all 50 states, DC, and US territories

  • PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses accepted

  • Tracking information provided via email

  • Signature confirmation available upon request

International Shipping

  • Available to Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and select countries

  • Delivery times: 7-21 business days depending on destination

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility

  • Some items may be restricted by international shipping regulations

Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers sent via email once your order ships

  • Track packages directly through carrier websites

  • Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days

  • Delivery confirmation available for most shipments

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Accuracy is Critical: We cannot redirect packages once shipped

  • Provide complete street addresses (no PO Boxes for expedited shipping)

  • Include apartment/unit numbers when applicable

  • Use the name that matches your ID for package pickup

  • Double-check spelling of street names and zip codes

DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Contact the carrier first if tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier for lost packages

  • We'll assist with carrier claims but cannot guarantee replacement

Damaged in Transit

  • Inspect packages upon delivery and note damage on delivery receipt

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damaged items and packaging

  • We'll work with carriers to resolve damage claims

  • Replacement items may be sent pending claim resolution

Incorrect Address

  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement

  • We cannot modify addresses once items are shipped

  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees

  • Unclaimed packages returned to us will not be automatically reshipped

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Weather and Natural Disasters
Shipping may be delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll communicate any known delays and work to minimize impact on your order.
Peak Season Shipping
During high-demand periods (holidays, major political events, movement moments), shipping times may be extended. We'll update estimated delivery times on our website during these periods.
Bulk and Wholesale Orders
Organizations ordering large quantities for events, campaigns, or distribution should contact us at bulk@greve.com for special shipping arrangements and timelines.
