RETURN POLICY
NO RETURNS. NO REGRETS.
We do not accept returns on any merchandise. When you purchase from Greve, you're making a statement that can't be taken back—just like the movement itself.
Why No Returns?

  • Movement Commitment: Every item sold immediately funds strikes, campaigns, and mutual aid. Once that money is deployed to the frontlines, it can't be recalled.

  • Union Production: Our union partners are paid fairly and promptly. Reversing transactions would undermine worker solidarity.

  • Authentic Activism: Real change requires commitment. Your purchase is a pledge to the cause, not a casual transaction.

  • Resource Efficiency: We direct maximum resources to movements, not return processing infrastructure.

Before You Order
Make sure you're ready to commit by:

  • Double-checking sizes using our detailed size charts

  • Reviewing product descriptions and images carefully

  • Confirming your shipping address is correct

  • Understanding that all sales are final

Defective Items
While we don't accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our union-made products. If you receive a genuinely defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at quality@greve.com

  • Provide photos of the defect and your order number

  • We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement

  • Manufacturing defects are rare due to our union quality standards
